Google Wallet is a digital wallet that allows you to securely store your eligible Card Services credit cards on a compatible smartwatch or AndroidTM device. Google Wallet gives you fast, secure access to your eligible Card Services credit cards so you can tap to pay everywhere Google Pay is accepted, with just your phone.
Google Pay is an easy and secure way to pay using your AndroidTM phone or compatible smartwatch. Once you've completed the setup process, you'll be able to use Google Pay where contactless payments are available, or where the Google Pay logo appears online.

Google Pay is not available for any Diners Club related Products (Diners Proprietary, Linked Diners Club Card, or Diners Companion Mastercard).

Note that you can enrol more than one eligible credit card with Google Pay. Only one card can be set to “default” in Google Pay at one point in time. Note: If your Android device or smartwatch has not connected to a cellular or wireless internet connection for a prolonged period of time, Google Pay may not work and there may be a delay in time before Google Pay works once a connection has been re-established.

No, the Google Pay services has no specific fee and your transactions are processed the same way as when using your physical card.
Yes, you will continue to receive all the same benefits and rewards of the Card Services credit card when you pay with Google Pay.
No one can use your Android device or smartwatch to make payments unless you've entered, or they have your chosen screen lock method (device code, pattern, password or biometrics e.g. fingerprint). No one will be able to access your personal banking details as they are not stored on the device.
If you lose your Android device or smartwatch, you can still make contactless transactions using your physical credit card.
If you misplace or lose your Android device or smartwatch, you can log in with your Google account to remove your card(s) in Google Pay. If you delete the card, you will need to re-enrol it. For further information, please refer to the Google Pay FAQs.
A cardholder removing their Google Pay service will not affect any other cardholder's use of Google Pay.

The Android device or smartwatch is protected by your chosen screen lock method (device code, pattern, password or fingerprint). This needs to be entered to enable the Android device or smartwatch to be used to make transactions.
If you are giving your device to someone else, you'll need to factory reset it to erase apps and all personal data from the device. You may be liable for any transactions not made by you if you shared your Android device or smartwatch.

We will follow the usual process to resolve any fraudulent or suspicious transactions.
The process is the same as any other credit card transaction refund or reversal. First speak to the merchant, as each merchant's return policy does vary.
You can remove a card from the Google Pay service by using the Google Pay app. With help removing cards, refer to the Google Pay FAQs.
As a primary cardholder, you will only be able to remove an additional cardholder's access to Google Pay by removing the cardholder from your account altogether.
